Our staff work diligently and collaboratively to provide a rich and engaging education program, and a positive learning environment for all of our students.

Students and staff at Odessa are encouraged to strive for personal achievement in academics, participation in athletics and extra-curriculars.  Our school emphasizes healthy and active living, and encourages students to volunteer and contribute to both local and global endeavours.

Our staff stress cooperation and effective communication, and believe that quality education is a shared commitment between home and school.  These educational experiences encourage each child to acquire the self-esteem and self-discipline to meet the rigours of the curriculum, and to treat individuals and their belongings with respect and dignity.
