Dear Tiger Families, Last Friday, we concluded the week with our April Success assembly. There was lots to celebrate this month. Mrs. Dafoe and Mrs. Grant's Kindergarten classroom performed a song that they had been learning in music class with Mrs. Bush.

Dear Tiger Families, As we welcome the arrival of Spring, our students are spending more time outdoors during recess enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. With this increased outdoor activity, it's important to be mindful of ticks, which can be found in grassy areas like our playground.

Dear Tiger Families, We had a busy week at Odessa Public school. The Grade 1 and 1/2 classes had Ruthie's Reading Room in for a workshop. The Road Running Team started practsing, the basketball teams are starting to practise and the Grade 2 students got the opportunity to have BINGO at recess time.

Dear Tiger Families, I hope that everyone had an enjoyable March Break. Spring has officially arrived and we are hopeful that Spring weather will follow soon. With the Spring come lots of mud out on the back yard. It is a good idea to ensure that your child(ren) come to school with extra socks.

Dear Families, With March now underway, and March Break fast approaching, I would like to share a few updates with families: School Year Calendar is Approved The Ministry of Education has approved Limestone’s recommended 2026-2027 school year calendar. The school year will begin with a P.A.

The Limestone District School Board (LDSB) is pleased to announce the appointment of its 2026–2027 Student Trustees, who will be formally welcomed at the April meeting of the Board.

Dear Tiger Families, Welcome March! Here's hoping that the Spring weather is on it's way. We wrapped up February at school on Friday with the Odessa Winter Olympics outdoors. Students had the opportunity to participate in many fun outdoor competitions as part of a team.
